Four familiar characters, Queen Hachisuka, Robo Maeda, Ashwyn, and Helen, return as never before seen, as rulers on both sides of the conflict. As with every end-of-Cluster set, T4 will support all rulers released during the Trinity Cluster, with new support cards for each ruler of the Trinity Cluster, enhancing new strategies for them.
